TeamReel is a productivity tool that helps individuals and teams track weekly accomplishments, blockers, and generate performance summaries. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related services.

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMREEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the Service or emailing you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
